All toy orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Order Cut Off Time

Our daily order cut off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed before the cut off time will be processed on the same day; orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 3-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may be slightly delayed due to peak shopping seasons, inclement weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard delivery for all toy orders, with no minimum spend required.

We currently deliver to the UK.

6. Delivery Partner

UPS; For large and oversized toys, we will arrange truck transportation. The courier will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time and ensure someone can receive the package at the delivery address.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service immediately. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund without any additional handling fees.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow our standard return and refund policy to apply for a return and refund.

8. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and logistics details.

You can use the tracking number to view the real-time location and delivery status of your package on the UPS official website.

If you have a registered account on our website, you can also track your order status directly on your account page. If you are a guest checkout, you can track your order through our website using your order number and registered email address.
