We partner with UPS, our official delivery partner; large and oversized toys will be delivered by truck, and the courier will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Our Extended Return Policy

In addition to your statutory 14 day cancellation right, we offer a 30 day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

These Terms and Conditions, and your use of our Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
