If you check out as a guest without registering an account, you can still track your package at any time. Please visit our official order tracking page, enter your unique order number and the email address used when placing the order, and you can view real-time shipping information.

3. Tracking Number and Confirmation Email

Once your toy order has been processed, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. The email contains your unique tracking number, carrier information, and official tracking link.

With this tracking number, you can track the real-time status, location, shipping progress, and estimated delivery date of your toy package on the carrier's official website. You can clearly see whether the package is en route, shipped, or awaiting signature.

4. Tracking Notification Time

Normally, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. If you have not received any tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam/junk mail folder first. If you still have not received the relevant email, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you immediately.

6. Delayed Logistics Updates
